SpringHill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh Washington

staff was very accommodating…we had issue with pool area, cleanliness of room and plumbing/ air conditioning.. had switched to 3 rooms but was still disappointed with no hot tub. if it weren’t for the guys at the front desk we would have switched hotels.

Location was great for shopping, check in was easy, front desk management were very welcoming and our housekeeoer was actually friendly.

Everything was great, room was cozy when we was here.There was 5 of us we were comfortable,it didn't feel crowded.
